WE provide HOME service COVERAGE for:
- Department of Veterans Affairs(DVA)
- My Aged Care( Home Care Packages)
- Medicare referrals*
- NDIS Participants
- Private Clients^
* There ARE out of pocket costs for CDM / EPC / Medicare referral services. Medicare rebate is available if referral is provided by GP (form 721/723 + DVA referral from GP)
^ Private health claim back may be available depending on your private insurance health cover.
